Sending Package better to Tajikistan or Uzbekistan

Hello,

we need to ship a new bycicle frame from Germany to Dushanbe as fast as possible. At the moment we are in Uzbekistan. Does anybody know good (fast an safe) option how to send and where to send? Does ist maybe make more scence to ship it to Uzbekistan or does DHL work in Dushanbe again? Thanks for any kind of help!!!

Try perhaps Green House Hostel, they are known to send bicycle parts from Moscow.
