Car insurance in Turkmenistan

Hello!
I am planning a trip through Turkmenistan this July.

I have a problem though.
A requirement set by my insurance is that I have to have a CASCO insurance (comprehensive insurance) and a 3rd party liability insurance.
As far as I can see here on Caravanistan, the 3rd party liability insurance is available for purchase at the border. However I cannot seem to find a place that sells a CASCO insurance.

Does anyone of you know such a place?
