Tour company legitimacy check please

Hi

I'm more than half way through booking a tour through Turkmenistan but now details about the tour company are emerging which don't add up.

I'm wondering if people here have heard of and can comment on the following:

Transcaspian tours
Suwara Travel company

Our contact has been very helpful so far and has gained a LOI but some details and the payment requests are a bit uncomfortable.

Could you elaborate why the payment requests were uncomfortable??

I noticed that there are some "tour" company in Turkmenistan which only has one person managing everything.
They are legit official tour guide, but just operating things by themselves and using third party websites for payment.
