The president of Turkmenistan has solutions to problems, one of which is apparently the country's most well known tourist attraction. Let's see if they can actually do that. As far as I understand, technically it's not so easy. It's definitely been said before.

what a pity ! It's such a beautiful place after sunset or before sunrise... But wait and see : the great turkmen leader "Arkadag" already signed a decree to extinguish the crater... in year 2010 !
