2018 ban on BLACK cars in Turkmenistan

Hi all,

Since the 2018 ban on BLACK cars in Turkmenistan Is it even possible now, to cross the country (transit visa) with the black car?
Unfortunately the car we own is of course black... .

It's fine, does not count for foreigners. I would wash it before entering Ashgabat, though, that is important.

Thank you for the answer.
We called to many turkmenistan embassies, but we didn't got any clear answers. Closest to the point was that as long as we don't go to Ashgabat we should be fine.

At the end we didn't get transit visa anyway.
So, next time.
