Ashgabat shared taxi stand

Does anyone know the location of the shared taxi station to get a shared taxi to Turkmenbashi? Is it possible to find one in the evening and travel overnight?

There is a taxi station to the north of Ashgabat, some 12km from the city center, not far from Altyn Asyr bazaar. You can take a taxi for 10-15manats from the city. There are taxies any time there, but at night there will probably be no people with whom you could share a ride. It is about 100manats per person
