Does black market of exchange rate still exist in Iran?

It seems that the exchange rate in airport is almost equal to rate as unofficial rate?

At this date the rates are:
128000Rials = 1$
140000Rials = 1Euro

The exchange rate you get at the private exchange places is about the same as at the bazaars and reflects the black market value. The official exchange rate that you can see on Google etc. is far lower. Daric card also gave me a rate that was very close to the "black market" rate.
