Fast Internet in Iran

I am in Mashhad, Iran and urgently need to find somewhere with fast enough Internet to make a video call.

I've tried a couple of the major hotels and a a few coffeenet places, but have had to cancel the call and reschedule.

I can go anywhere in Iran - I expect that Tehran is by best chance.

Does anyone know where there is a business service centre of if one of the mobile providers has a fast option?

Thanks for asking around. If I understand correctly, Caffenet (or CoffeeNet) is a generic term for an internet cafe. I have tried a few but they just aren't reliable enough for what I needed.
I appreciate your help.

One owner told me that some of the delay is the filter/firewall that the Govt uses to block sites - although he claimed not to use them himself, he said that you can speed up a reliable Internet by using a vpn which bypasses these.
