Direct flight from Dushanbe to Kabul

Does anyone know if there’s any direct flight from Dushanbe to Kabul in summer?

There are currently no commercial flights between Kabul and Dushanbe and this is unlikely to change anytime soon. Land borders between Afghanistan and Tajikistan are firmly closed as well.

The Sher Khan Bandar border crossing is open, it seems - latest report I saw was summer 2022, though.

Sher Khan Bandar is not really open, but you may be able to talk your way into Afghanistan there.

If you have or can make connections with an NGO or UN agency in Dushanbe, it might be possible to get a seat on the UN air service which goes three times a week from Dushanbe to Kabul.

Otherwise the easiest thing is likely flying to Tashkent, then taking Kam Air to Kabul (every Saturday, both ways).

Kam Air flights are cancelled more often than they operate. And they're late by many hours when they run at all. Not a great option unless you have lots of time to kill.
