Pamir Dushanbe loop end August/beginning September

Hi,

I'm a solo traveler from Austria (26m) and I'll be in Central Asia for 2 months in late summer/early fall this year.
I'd like to do the Pamir Dushanbe - Dushanbe loop at some time between mid August and mid September. I'm flexible with the exact dates.

Initially I was planning to do Osh - Dushanbe, but it seems that the border is still closed (or the situation isn't quite clear) so I'd rather avoid the hassle and do the Tajikistan loop.

I'm looking for fellow riders to either join someone who's self-driving or to team up with others for a tour.
