Arriving to Kyrgyzstan 15 Sept -- No other plans than that

Postby american2019 » Tue Sep 10, 2019 10:02 pm

Hi Everyone,

My old post was deleted sadly.

I am a 34-year-old American guy living in London. I fly into Bishkek on 15th of September, and I'll be in the region for 2 weeks. Outside of that, I don't currently have a concrete plan worked out as I would rather book things from the ground.

I am thinking I would like to do a 5-6 day horse trek in Kyrgyzstan, followed by an 8 day Pamir highway drive. Everything looks beautiful and amazing, and sometimes the best way to travel is by the seat of your pants.

If anyone has any recommendations for the Kyrgyzstan horse trekking (preferably something off the beaten path and lower cost), or recommended guides, or would like to join me and split costs, it would be great. I'll be having a beer in Bishkek while I work it all out on the 15th I'm sure.

Happy travels otherwise!

Hi,
I am in Osh at the moment and should be in Bishkek around the 15th. I would like to do a horse ride for a few days and have been looking at son-kul or issy-kul area ...
Cheers, Sally
