Heights of Alay, start 15 July

Hi,

Im a swiss guy actually in Osh, tomorrow I will hitchhike to sary mogol and then like to start Hights of Alay the 15.7.

As I'm actually not 100% fit I will do it not with the tent and plan to stay 4-5 days in yurts.

I will do it without a guide. Does someone wants to join? Or share the cost for the raxi? Just send me your Nr. Cheers

Hey there! How’d you get on with the trek? Was it possible to stay in yurt camps/get meals without using a guided tour?

Yes it was perfectly possible without a tent and own supply. Not sure till when of the year the yurtcamps are open.

Guided Tour is not really necessary I would say. The path is mostly clear visible and it is also on Openstreet Map

I didn't book it in advance which was fine too.
