Hi my name is Alberto im from Spain. Im 32 yo.

I am a solo traveller. Next year 2024 I plan to drive from Spain to India.

I am looking for travel buddies to cross Turkey, Iran Pakistan and India. You can join me for some weeks or for the entire trip! I feel better sharing the experiences with someone. And its safer for border crossings (specially taftan I believe)

My plan is to drive a second hand car (With AC and USB for music )

I have driven my car in Central Asia once and in Turkey many times but especially for Pakistan and India the journey seems full of unknowns.

yes we planning to go there and we planning to start the trip around the 1 of august.
Pakistan seems to be ok actualy (even you need an escort for 4 or 5 day's from border)
After that it will be ok
For india, I am already stay in the country for mountainering but never with my car, , so it will be a big surprised also for us .

Hi all,

I am driving with my car from Amsterdam towards China/ Pakistan. I am planning to leave Georgia/Armenia sometime during the summer.
Since the Azerbaijan land borders are closed, I think I cannot take the Caspian Sea ferry and may need to go via either Russia or Iran.

I see you are also planning to go through Iran. Do you have a Carnet the Passage for the car, or are there other ways to get into Iran?

Hi Wouter, i did the same route in 2022 and you can get into Iran without your CARNET, they can arrange one at the TR-IRN border, but its expensive, and if you continue to PAK and IND you will need one. If you want more info you can send me a provate message, ook int nederlands !!

We're two people (30 and 45 years old) on motorbikes planning to drive from the Netherlands to India starting in the beginning of october. I'm not sure yet when we will be where exactly, and we hope to avoid the cold as much as possible although it's already quite late in the season. Would be nice to get in touch and I hope some of you will share what the border crossings were like in the way as we will probably be driving a few weeks behind you. The plan is turkey - georgia - armenia - iran - pakistan - india.

Also, do you plan to ship your vehicles back, or sell them? Or park them in asia somewhere?
