I am in Iran close to the border Pakistan in the city Zahedan. I could extend my Visa for Iran for 2 weeks at this location: 29°29'06.9"N 60°52'42.9"E
Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Zahedan, چمران 8، Iran

I needed 2 photos, 2 copy of my passport, 2 copy of my Visa and I also had to buy a paper folder. It cost 650 000 Rial and it took 6 days for getting it. I also had a interview for 15 minutes.
