Iran visa extension after validity period

Hello :D

I've been looking on the forum but I couldn't find the proper answer so here I am.
I have a 30 days visa for Iran, valid 90 days. If I plan ton enter let's say 10 days before the end of validity of the visa, I know that it won't be a problem. However, what happens if after being in Iran I want to extend my visa for 30 more days. The validity of the first visa will for sure be passed. Is that a problem ? Does Iran considers that the extension is linked with the first validity date of the visa ?
