Hello,
The official website for Uzbekistan visa shows me that the portal has been down since september 2021. Has anyone applied for visa since? I plan to go this May and would like to apply for my visa.

I'm from the future and the evisa website is still down 
I'm really hoping to avoid the embassy route of getting a visa so I don't waste money.

I'm not surprised by that. Who would want to go to your country if the office works that bad?
