Trip to Tashkent Uzbekistan (RU, USA passports) with kids

Hi,

I am planning a trip for my family to Uzbekistan (and other countries if possible maybe Kazakhstan)

1. I am planning to enter Uzbekistan using my RU passport.
I also have USA passport
2. Husband - USA passport
3. Two kids 2.5 years - USA passport

Questions:
1. Is there any visa that would let us all stay for 2 or preferably
3 month in Uzbekistan with multi entry? Vatandosh visa maybe?
I have some relatives who permanently reside in UZ
2. As a RU passport holder I could stay up to 60 days without visa?

UZ consulate in USA says visa not needed for kids less
than 16 Is it true? (if someone traveled recently with small kids please share your experience)
4. For USA citizens generic tourist visa allows staying in
the country only for 30 days? Or could I get a tourist visa
for longer duration of stay in UZ? (60-90 days)
5. Any visa agencies that you could recommend for getting
UZ visa for duration of stay 60-90 days?
