We are two members of the Adventurers club of Denmark, planning a new vehicle driven expedition to Hong Kong through caucasus and central asia.
where we have enjoyed long biketrips before

We will leave this year(2023), The vehicle is registered in Denmark and will be full insured.
Instead of a continuous flow where we do the route in one go, we will divide the journey into 5 stages, each 4-5 week’s in duration
This means that intention is to leave our van at a location where our stage ends - 4 locations, before we get to Hongkong and ship the vehicle back, if its still alive

Stages is following:
2023 Copenhagen , along the eastern boundaries, through Turkey, into Georgia - leaving the van in Tblisi.
2024 Tblisi, through Georgia, Adserbajdan, Georgia, Armenia and into Iran - leaving the van in Tehran
2025 Teheran - through Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kirgistan. - Leaving the van in Osh Kirgistan
2026 Osh ( kashagar) - Through China to to Hongkong.
Questions
Answers to below will be fabulous, and we will as we move on next year support the forums as much as we can
I see through the forum, different experiences with leaving a car for a longer period though most post has some years on the back
so
- it seems that it is/could be possible to leave a car in Georgia for a period up to 12 months. before heading on. Any newer experience with this?
- Could it be possible to leave a car in Iran for a period up to 12 months. before heading on. Any newer experience with this?
- Could it possibly be possible to leave a car in Kirgistan for up to 12 month before heading on. Any newer experience with this?
Adventurous regards
