First of all a huge thank you for your LOI service!!!!

The Uzbek consulate in Almaty opens at 3 pm. Be there at least at 2.45. Ask the policemen in front if the consulate: Do you speak Englisch or thmething like this. They must understand, that you are a "real" foreigner and will let you in.

Wait inside or very close to the office, the procedure is more or less the same as described here before.

Is it that simple? With application form and LOI, how long is the procession time? Is it possible to get visa on the same or next day?
