Kyrgyzstan visa for Taiwan

Hi Caravanistan! Just a quick question for you

We,a group of Taiwanese, are going to visit Kyrgyzstan during 2016/8/14~8/21.

Q1: I know we can get our visa on arrival with LOI. Is LOI the only thing we need or we still need to provide other things when we get to Manas airpot?

Q2: About OVIR registration, Taiwan is not on the list of countries with visa-free or simplified visa procedure. So, should we still go register for this now? If yes, where can we do this in Bishkek and what should we prepare for it?

1. yes, just LOI. Also money and passport obviously!

2. Usually hotels do provide registration service, but I would also like more info about it. Please ask your hotel about it. Otherwise, the place to go is OVIR. In Bishkek, it is located at 58 Kievskaya street, at the Department of Registration Population Settlement. It is open 9-12 and 13-16.
