Hello,
I am Pakistani national living in the Netherlands and need double entry transit visa for Uzbekistan. I understand NL does not have an Uzbek embassy so I qualify for visa on arrival in Tashkent but as I don't need an LOI for transit visa, how can i get VOA at Tashkent because that i can get only when I have a confirmation letter that a visa has been approved.
Is there another suggestion?
