Turkmenistan transit visa to Kazakhstan

Hi,
I'm now in Iran and I'm leading to Kirguizistan. To do that I thought about many options and one of them is to cross Iran-turkemistan-kazakhstan and finally kirguizstan as I don't need a visa for Kazakhstan (spanish passport) and this way I avoid having the Uzbek visa (although I considered taking the uzbek transit visa). I don't want to spend much time in any of the transit countries as I want to be in kirguizstan soon.

Anyway,
1.does anybody know if transit visas to turkmenistan are issued for this exit point (zhanaozen - karabogas) considering I don't need visa for kazakhstan?
2.do you think it's better to consider other options such
a) going back to baku to avoid turkmenistan rejections and cross with the ship to kazakhstan
b) ask for uzbek visa and do classic turkmenistan - uzbekistan - kirguizstan instead of doing workarround to kazakhstan

3.which option you think will be the cheapest?
4.does anybody have any other idea to do it overland/boat?

It is a possibility, it has been done before.

If you get rejected, you can try the boat Baku-Aqtau. There is no need for the Uzbek visa if you don't want to go there. You have as much chance via Kazakhstan to get the TM transit visa as via Uzbekistan.

My doubt is if I have the same chances without a Kazakhstan visa, as I don't need it. Do you think it is better to apply for a Kazakhstan visa anyway just for having more chances to get the Turkmenistan visa?

They understand you don't need a visa to go to Kazakhstan, so you won't need to provide one when you apply for a visa. Since your exit border will be fixed in your visa, they don't really have much to worry about (they're only concerned about making sure you can leave the country).

Hola Jordi. Que tal te fue con el visado de Turkmenistán?? te lo aceptaron o te lo denegaron? En septiembre voy con tres amigos y con este visado de tránsito estoy un poco acojonado. Realmente apreciaré el comentario de tu experiencia en la embajada de Turkmenistán en Teheran. Un saludo desde Canarias.
