Hi All
I am applying for my pakistan visa. As I will be coming through Afganistan I put my point of entry at Torkham border. And received the following message.
"Entry is not allowed through Torkham land routes for visa prior to travel"
How did anyone else overcome this problem.

While Chamman and Torkham are listed on the website, so far applicants have been refused visas with these entry points.
The entry/exit points are not specified on the e-visa. So write a different entry point and go to Torkham anyway. You already gave them a hint of your plans now, though, but should still be fine.
