Kazakhstan Visa - Point of Entry?

Post by Daze55556 »

Hi all,

I busily trying to get a 60 day double entry Kazakhstan visa to be issued in Singapore.

I am travelling by motorcycle and I am not sure if I will be entering Kazakhstan via Russia or Turkmenistan and I won't know until well after the visa is issued.

So the question is does it matter if I enter Kazakhstan at a different point to what I put on the application? Is the point of entry recorded on the visa somewhere? Also does it matter if I only end up entering Kazakhstan once with a double entry visa?

Thanks in advance!

The answer is 3 times no. Beware though that you cannot stay more than 30 days in a row in the country. You have to get out by that time and re-enter to use up the remaining days of your visa.
