Hello,
I am Indian passport holder (ordinary) and have a temporary residence permit of Georgia valid until December 2017.
I want to know if i can enter Azerbaijan with my residence permit of Georgia or do i still need to apply for evisa?
Embassy is closed for nowruz until 28th March, so trying to get an answer earlier if possible.

They did not speak English nor did they bother answer or listen at embassy of Azerbaijan.
I simply applied for an evisa as i can't be bothered anymore. Too tired lining up all other visas of stans :'(
