Hello out there,

Has anyone found a way for Canadians/ Brits to get into Iran by land from Turkey without using a guide? I'll be on a motorcycle. I've searched every post here and have found nothing more recent than 2015, does Tbilisi still give visas to Canadians without a guide?

Have you had any luck entering Iran without a guide? I'm wondering if it's worth shooting for in Tbilisi, but I think it's necessary to get the authorization code before.

An Iranian visa requires an authorization code which can only be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran. See this post: <viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2261&start=10#p21232>.
