Embassy reports: Iranian visa in Seoul
Hi everyone
Thank you once again to Steven and Saule at caravanistan for their service to get a reference number for Iran.
The RN arrived after 9 working days as promised.
My partner and I hold Aussie passports and applied for our visas in Seoul, Itaewon area of the city. We phoned the embassy a day after receiving RN to confirm our details had been received and went the next day.
At the embassy we filled out application forms with 2 photos. No headscarf required for female applicants. No travel insurance certificate required. Instructed to pay visa fee of 100 euro each ( paid in Korean Won) at the KEB bank 5 minute walk from embassy. Process took 5 mins in bank. Returned to embassy with receipt of payment. Told to come back in 2 working days to pick up visa, no problems. Staff friendly, speak English.
Open Mon - Friday 10:00-12:00
