My name is Juan Chiummiento. I'm from Argentina.
We had some trouble while applying for our tourism evisa for Azerbaijan.
My girlfriend and I applied for the e-visa 2 days ago but we have just received an e-mail response which says: "Issuance of e-Visa is suspended. Registration Number:Xxxxx".

The email says that the procedure has failed. However, when we want to see the reasons It says: "Due to the discrepancy between the data provided in your e-Visa application form and your travel document, as well as technical mistakes found in your e-Visa application, it has not been possible to give a positive response to your e-visa application. You may apply for an e-visa to the Republic of Azerbaijan again at www.evisa.gov.az".

We actually don't know which the discrepances are, because the data we provided in the e-Visa application form is the same as in our travel document.

Anyone knows if Is there a way to fix it? We wouldn't want to apply again and make the same mistake.

We are in Rasht right now and we would like to go to Azerbaijan next Wednesday. If It is neccesary we can go to Tabriz next Monday (in Tabriz there is an Azerí consultar)

Hi Juan, I just received the same message after applying for the e-visa. The information I provided was also the same as that on my travel document, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Did you manage to get the e-visa eventually? And if so, did you change anything in your application process?

They fill “-”, “FNU”, “XXX” etc., which are not indicated in travel document, in Surname

I'm travelling by motorcycles and I don't know exactly the day of the arriving in AZ.
Can I apply for a day ( for example ) and go there some days after?
Father name mean NAME or SURNAME( family name)?
