Bishkek - Almaty - Bishkek, VISA free?

I´ve read somwhere that you don´t need tourist VISA to KAZ when youre only going to Almaty for a couple of days (from Bishkek). And that there is a form (in russian)explaining this arrangement Is there any truth in this?

This is no longer valid. I took it off the visa pages since it was confusing people, but before, people from certain countries could go with a Kyrgyz visa to the bordering Kazakh regions. Since these nationalities no longer need visas to enter Kyrgyzstan, the rule is no longer valid. This means, you will have to get a Kazakh visa.

I have a Kazak visa, and is planning to go back to Bishkek again after visiting Almaty.
Do I need a double entry visa for Kyrgyztan? or is this ok, and if so can it be obtained at the Biskhek airport?
I come from a visa free country.

Visa free means you dont need a visa for kyrgyzstan. If you go twice, its still visa free.
