Very easy visa. No need for LOI.
I sent a friend to the embassy with:
Form filled from the evisa website with 1 photo glued to it. Left the invitation part blank.
Original payment slip from the bank.
Recived the visa one week after.
The prices are:
7 days – 60 €
15 days – 70 €
30 days – 80 €
