Russian transit visa land trip

Hi,
I'm planning a round trip from Paris to Central Asia by motorbike and on my way back I'd like to cross Russia coming from Kazakhstan and going to Ukraina.
I won't have visas for Kazakhstan and Ukraina, so is it possible to get a transit visa for Russia where I will only stay for 2 or 3 days?
Is it possible to get this visa in Tashkent?

I did search for information but couldn't find anything about getting a transit visa with no visas for the entry and exit countries...

Second paragraph of the Russian visa page here states:

"For a Russian transit visa you need proof of onward travel (transport tickets from Russia to another country) and a visa for the country of destination..."
