transit visa for Kazakhstan
I am a citizen of Taiwan and probably would transit in Kazakhstan to catch my flight to Armenia.I read information about transit visa for Kazakhstan but still can't be sure If Taiwanese could apply transit visa without LOI ? I asked travel agency about transit visa, they told me that i can obtain Transit visa at the Embassy, does that mean i have to apply for transit visa before my departure? Besides, i need an arrival visa for Armenia only which means i won't have visa for my destination but confirmation of flight booking, is it possible to get a transit visa without visa of my destination since i wouldn't be able to get arrival visa in advance?

It depends on your embassy, they all have their own rule regarding transit visa it seems. Please get in touch with them and do let us know if you manage to find out!
