Pakistani Visa for Italian Female

Hello guys,

One of my Italian friend wants to come with me to Pakistan for tourist Visa.
The Pakistani embassy told me to have a NOC from Pakistani Interior Ministry and an Invitation Letter.

I can provide the Invitation letter but on different sites, people said that its better to ask some travel agency. Can you please help?
and If some one can guide to obtain NOC?

Our trip will be :22 May - 02 June 2018.

She lives near Turin so it will be Milan Consulate.

Anyway, it also asks for Invitation letter. What do you think if its better to have LOI from some agency or individual?

AFAIK, Milan consulate is ok if you enter the country by air, as I think your friend will do (I entered by land, coming from China)
Caravanistan used to provide LOI. I don't know if they still offer this service, but Steven can be more clear than me.
Never heard of people needing NOC to obtain visa...

the problem is the personal relations you have with your friend. The Pakistani government is well aware that many foreign women marry Pakistani men and they are not big fans of giving tourist visas to people wanting to marry/visit their boyfriends.

You need a private visa for that.

Now, your female friend may be just that, a friend and nothing more, but that is a risk our partner in Pakistan is not prepared to take. If it turns out you lied about the relations with your friend, he is in big trouble.

So if this is the case, our apologies. But safety first.

I know about these problems and I perfectly understands it. However,it is quite strange from the government because a lot of people (female) would like to visit Pakistan but with this behaviour, they are giving a bad image.

I will be accompanying her to Pakistan.

I have asked my father to send a LOI as he works in some government office and he will provide it with official letter head.

You can only give it a try. But the general tendency for the past 2 years is stricter, stricter, stricter. Before, government was only targeting single women traveling, now it is all single travelers. In a way, all travelers are suspect. Definitely independent travelers.

We have applied for the visa alongwith the booking confirmation from the apartment owner and invitation letter from father.
