I see two different addresses and phone numbers for the embassy branch office when Googling. The email address provided by the Belarus MFA doesn't work. Perhaps their phone number is +7 727 272 7369 but I didn't get an answer yesterday.

Anyone know anything about this? Or know a knowledgeable local visa agent? I have an LOI just need to make the application.

Belarus is outside of the official brief of this website (would love to go if I can make time, though) so I cannot help you.

I called the Astana embassy and it looks like the Almaty branch office is closed. Have to apply in person, process takes 5 days and costs 60 euro. 120 euro to expedite 1-3 days.
