Our e-visas arrived 2 days after we finally got through on the website, after MANY futile attempts.
It worked on our first try with Google Chrome on mac, and we had also resized & reformatted our photos. So I'm not quite sure what did the trick!

Hi Team,

I've gone through the application process for the visa, received an email with an activation link and an activation code, and can proceed as far as the payment section on the website, but when the VISA symbol and $20 screen appears and I click on the 'Pay Now' button, the next web page fails to load? Wondered if anyone has experienced this problem or has any ideas?

Also when I click on the activation link from the email that takes me to a page saying 'Application is not activated, error message'

Really grateful for any help!

Same for me.

Got the application activated but the Payment Button page does not load and the error code is with similar message (I have tried using different browsers). Any info/tip would be much appreciated.

By the way, it is possible to pay for more than one application together? For example, as a family? Or do we need to pay separately for each individual application? The Azerbaijan e-visa portal, for example, offers that option.

@beyondoverton, charlenetsl, sam.donegan: there are always new issues popping up. We advise to call the hotline. They are not superhelpful, but in the end people do report getting help there.

Applied for the new evisa on the 27th of July, we used passport photos in the dimensions already specified further up in this thread and both photos and passports images where under 1Mb. Also we just used regular Android phones with Chrome. Everything went smooth, payment too. Got the visa today 31st of July with validity for 90 days from the day we applied :mrgreen:

@beyondoverton, charlenetsl, sam.donegan: I had the same exact problem. I finally solved it by using my Android phone with Chrome and it worked like a charm! I even received an email stating the payment was accepted. Now, all I gotta do is wait and hope for the best.

For beyondoverton and charlenetsl,

For what it's worth, I was having the same problem as you in terms of processing the final payment. All morning long getting that annoying error message that wouldn't take me to the final page.

Finally, after I tried again after a few hours, I got to the payment form (the last step) and was rejected with the visa card I was using. Tried multiple times. Switched to another card/account I have, and it was approved on the first try.

Not sure what that says about the process, but I thought it was worth mentioning to you both that you might need to try more than one account to get over the last hurdle.

Here's hoping it comes through in the end. I will update when I hear back.

FYI, I received an immediate auto-reply that looks like this:

Within 3 working days you will receive an email with results of the approval of the application.
