Visa free for argentinian in Mongolia

I have seen in caravanistan that Mongolia requires a visa for Argentine citizens. However in wikipedia and in this note it says the opposite. Please confirm one or another version. Thank you.

The Mongolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that a visa-free agreement between Mongolia and Argentina has been implemented. As of February 19th this year the visa-free agreement between both countries has come into force. The Argentinian and Mongolian governments signed a document on August 31st, 2017 in Busan, the Republic of Korea, in a bid to strengthen bilateral relations. Under this visa-free agreement, citizens of Mongolia are granted a stay of up to 90 days in Argentina without a visa.
