I am an American who will be traveling through Mongolia by bicycle. I am eligible for 90 days visa-free. I read that if I have a visa longer than 90 days I must register in Ulaanbaatar within 7 business days. Since I have 90 days visa free (no visa?) do I still have to register in Ulaanbaatar within 7 business days?
Originally I thought it was 7 days which might have been tough on a bicycle but since it is 7 business days that can be stretch out a bit depending on the day of the week I arrive.
I have seen in caravanistan that Mongolia requires a visa for Argentine citizens. However in wikipedia and in this note it says the opposite. Please...

On the evisa website there is not one word on registration. The standard tourist evisa is automatically 45 days, so do we need to register if we stay...

I'll leave on day 29 or 30. Tajikistan had to suppress registration with the 45-day evisa if they want tourists to stay longer (and spend more) !...
