I am of Lithuanian nationality and I am planning to visit Iran in the middle/end of May. I will travel by land and plan to pickup the visa in some embassy on the road (Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey or Georgia) in the middle of April or beginning of May.
It is not clear to me when I should apply for an authorization code via Caravanistan website. It says 50-90 days before arrival, but that I should pickup the visa within one month after issuing authorization code.
Could anyone please advise me when I should apply an authorization code?
You can apply now for the authorization code, then pick up the visa within the next month. Once you have the visa, you have 3 months to enter Iran. That leaves you enough time to get to Iran end of May.
