I just got my iranian visa and I was wondering if the dates within the validity apply only for the entry on the country and then it is the duration which counts. Or if the stay must be in between the validity period.
I just got my visa and the embassy has given a validity from the issue date to 1 month afterwards( 23/04 to 23/05) and a duration of 15 days. However, I am arriving around 3 weeks after the issue date 14/05 and staying for 12 days, until the 26/05. Therefore, I am wondering if my visa will still be valid by the time I leave.

Re: Iranian visa validity vs duration
Actually I just re-read the visa section here in the website and it says: "Iran visa validity: 3 months from the day you receive it. This means you have to enter the country within 3 months from receiving it. So, you can enter the day before the visa expires, and then still enjoy Iran for as long as your visa duration states (10 days, 30 days,…)."
So that would mean that the visa would be valid for the whole stay =D
Can someone confirm that?

Re: Iranian visa validity vs duration
I'm a bit paranoid, so I called them embassy and they confirmed what is written in the website! So the validity is mainly for the entry.
