Looking for a Tour Operator in Turkmenistan

Hello,

my name is Luca and together with two friends we are planning to cross Turkmenistan from south to north by car at the end of July.
We are looking for a local tour operator that can provide us the Letter Of Invitation (LOI) and a guided tour. Our plan is:

1) Entering Turkmenistan on the 29th of July from Iran at the Bajgiran - Gaudan land border and visit Ashgabt spending the night there
2) On the 30th of July we would like to visit the the Darwaza gas crater and spend the night there
3) On the 31st of July we would like to move north and exit Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan on the Shavat - Dashoguz land border

Does anyone know a local tour operator that is offering these services?

Hi Luca, it is Ertug. I checked the prices from local tours. Our program is alike yours on same dates. We will be traveling 2 or 3 motorbikes Through Turkmenistan. Now i am waiting a answer from the embassy. Do you get tour LOI already?

Any scheduled departure end of July/early August? I just got my Iran visa and looking for opportunities to cross Turkmenistan. I strongly prefer to join someone due to the cost savings.
