Yes, I did a part of the road two days ago. From Bishkek to the junction to Talas. I am in Talas now. Don't take the tunnel by bike! I asked a, driver to take me just before the tunnel en after the tunnel I wanted to go on my bike again of course for the descent. A nice reward!
