Cycling osh to khorog/Dushanbe starting 13th of sept. Need to buy a Bike...

Hi guys.

Looking to cycle tour from osh to Dushanbe starting on the 13th of sept via the wakhan corridor. I have a flight back to UK from osh on the 4th of October. So may make it to khorog then hitch to Dushanbe.

However I need to buy a touring bike with a rack and a couple of panniers. Anyone selling or know where I could buy a bike and the required gear for the pamir highway? I'm currently in osh but looking to head to Bishkek soon. Also if anyone can help and would also like to join me on this journey that would be awesome as I have a 2 man tent.

Hi callum, won't be easy but i recommend athouse in bishkek as the central hub for all touring cyclists.

I'm actually in Dushanbe and start to think slowly I will sell my bicycle it's not the place where you search but maybe you can decide to do it in the other direction...
If not I will try to sell it anyway to Samarkand.
