They won’t move and then they intimidated the very young woman who’s in charge of seating. Now they are for some reason angry at you for daring to ask for your assigned seat. This won’t happen on an Uzbek or Kazakh airline, and any passenger on a Tajik airline would apologize and move. But when in Kyrgyzstan on a domestic flight you should save you money and just take whatever seat has no extra fee.
