Very easy to convert back, you'll need a crank set to replace the motor though.

You got rid of the original crank set i suppose? Do you think it would be easy to find one of good quality in Bishkek? Oh and, more importantly, what size is it?

To much amusement I carried the crank set from Indonesia to Thailand but it became hard to justify. I can make enquiries about a crank set here for you if you're interested. Size is medium, there's a size guide on 99 spokes.
