Looking to buy a bike in the Stans

Helloooo..
I'm currently in Uzbekistan.. been looking for a motorbike to buy.. but to my surprise..I've barely come across anyone riding a bike.. except a few travellers who have made their way from Europe and Turkey.
I found a site called bikeland.uz.. though it's all in Russian.. they only seem to sell new bikes. Which are quite costly in Uzbekistan.
If anyone in Uzbekistan/ Tajikistan is looking to sell their motorcycle.. I'd be happy to know and hopefully come to an agreement making it a win win for both.
