Dashcam Allowed in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and mongolia?

Hee travellers,
We are on the road with our Mitsubishi and on the way we are making video's with our deskcam.
Does anyone of you know if it is Aloud to use the deskcam in Central asia ?( Azerbeidzjan-->mongolia)
