Just to follow up on this - I reached out to a number of shipping companies on the HUBB website and ended up getting a quote from http://www.auto-und-motorradtransport.de/. Price quoted was 2,950 Euros for Ulan Bator - Berlin by truck, two weeks shipping time. The man I was corresponding with by email was Klaus Demel and he was very responsive and helpful. Just wanted to add as a datapoint.
