Does anyone have info on foreigners buying/owning a vehicle in KZ, and if they can be exported?

Planning to ride the 'stans then out to Europe via Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey.

yes, you can own and export a vehicle. Think about import tax in Europe, though, that may be very expensive. Places to look for a bike can be found at https://caravanistan.com/travel-tips/ho ... ntral-asia

But much better to look online. Registration and insurance will take you a day or 2 to get everything in order once you bought something.
