Recommendations for buying a motorbike in Bishkek

Hey guys!

I'm looking to buy a motorbike in Bishkek around June, possibly a Ural. Does anyone have any experience on buying a motorbike in Bishkek (places to go, what to look out for, prices, etc.).

I'm want to do the Pamir Highway and return to sell it again in Bishkek, so permits need to be in order. If you know anyone that sells these old motorbikes please let me know!
