Advice needed / Scrapping car in Kazakhstan / Kyrgyzstan // selling it if anybody is interested

Hello!

I am looking for any advices about scrapping car in Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan. Any of you, dear travellers, had some experience with that? There is a lot of information about such possibility at this forum but not even one confirmed story... Do they treat it like importing - or this is the best idea to avoid paying crazy taxes?

My car is 1995 Fiat Uno 1.4. If anyone is interested I can sell it of course

I would be interested to buy a car if it was 2008 year or over. If it is older than 2008 than the taxes are quite high.

if it is below 2008 the best solution might be too scrap the car it will cost several hundred dollars To do so

What happened in the end? Looking to do a similar thing, in mid October, my car is a 2001 VW Golf. End point is hopefully Kyrgyzstan.
